2025 Annual Managers Meeting: Employee Registration

Men: Polo, button down shirt, jeans OK
Women: Pants or jeans with a blouse
Men: Sport coat/jacket - no tie
Women: Dressy pants or skirt with a top,
cocktail dress
Booking Travel
Flights
Please book your flight to Phoenix (airport code PHX) through Concur. If you require assistance booking your flight, please reach out to Terri Bryson ([email protected]) or Lakita Peek ([email protected]). Please book your flights as soon as possible to get the best rates and follow the standard ARS travel policies when selecting your flight option.
HOTEL
You do not need to make a reservation at the hotel. We have a block of rooms reserved for all meeting attendees. Please be prepared to provide your ID and credit card (for incidentals) at check-in.
EXPENSE CODE
All expenses, including flights, for the meeting should be charged to 97000099.7470.
TRAVEL POLICY
If you wish to arrive in Phoenix earlier than Monday, February 17 or stay later than Thursday, February 20, you may do so if the alternate flights are of equivalent cost; however, you will be personally responsible for the cost of additional hotel accommodations and food/incidentals for any additional nights. These costs cannot be incurred at the division or branch level.
