Vendor Information
- The Vendor Showcase will be held on Thursday, February 19 from 7:30 – 9:30 am.
- Vendors will have access to the facility to set up their displays throughout the day on Wednesday, February 18.
- Vendors will be provided with a 6’ x 30’’ table, table covering, and two chairs.
- For any special requests, please coordinate with Justin Colley ([email protected]).
- Please refer to this PDF for instructions on how to ship materials to the hotel. The document also outlines any relevant fees.

- If you are unable to attend the event, we encourage you to consider a donation to the David M. Slott Employee Assistance Foundation, which we will match in total up to $50,000. This fund is used to assist ARS employees and their families facing unexpected hardships, such as in the wake of natural disasters.
